A JOURNEY TO SELF LOVE

  Self love Sometimes we are happy, sometimes we are low, sometimes we just want to sit alone and think about life, sometimes we feel our life has no meaning. It happens a lo to all of us. Isn’t it? But If we think about it, it is either because the way we feel depends on others or maybe we are not sure about the way our life is heading. Well, in my case it was both. When we love something or someone, we unconsciously develop a kind of attachment and a sense of insecurity. And when that someone is no longer with us, we feel incomplete. And that’s the moment when we start to just breath instead to live. Our self esteem goes down and down in your eyes. But why do we feel like this? We feel like this because we were so much attached to that person that we forgot to take care of ourselves.
